The serene location and fantastic lagoon views. The staff were attentive. The restaurant served really good meals that we enjoyed.

Every time in Bacalar, I choose this place. Helpful staff, fantastic views to the lake, everything is very comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with jungle views to the lake and amicable and absolutely friendly staff. Magnificent and stunning setting, near bars and restaurants. It also was near a lagoon and a lake.

I had an amazing stay! The lagoon view was amazing, and the kayaking was such a fun way to explore. Plus, the outdoor restaurant had delicious meals all day!

The staff were very kind and great with any request. The location was amazing and wonderful, near to the lagoon in front of the property, the restaurant, and the centre. Also, it was 5 mins drive from Cenote Azul;)))

The bathroom cleanliness was unacceptable, and the hot water wasn't functioning . Privacy was an issue as staff frequently accessed the terrace.

We enjoyed the fine lagoon views, delicious meals, and water sports available at the hotel. The atmosphere was super relaxing, and biking around the area was dope. Heads up, breakfast isn't included, but the options are tasty and affordable.

We had an issue with room amenities. There was no coffee machine or fresh water options, a letdown.

Management didn't help us at all. The lack of security. On a brighter note, the bar area was decent for drinks. Definitely not worth the risk!
